Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

General Conditions for Return & Replacement:

  • Timeframe: All requests for a return or replacement must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for any return or replacement.

  • One-Time Replacement: An item can be replaced only once. The replaced product is then considered a final sale and is not eligible for further return or replacement.

 


 

Eligibility & Procedure

We have two distinct processes for returns based on the reason for the request.

1. For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

This category covers items that you received in a flawed condition or that were not what you ordered.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

To be eligible for a replacement or a full refund in these cases, an unboxing video is mandatory. This is a crucial step to protect you and verify the claim.

Video Requirements:

  • The video must be a single, continuous clip without any pauses or edits.

  • It must start by showing the unopened package from all angles, with the shipping label clearly visible.

  • Continue recording as you open the package and inspect the item(s).

  • Clearly showcase any damage, defect, or incorrect product in the video.

Please Note: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video adhering to these guidelines.

Charges:

  • Restocking Fee: ₹0 (Waived)

  • Return Shipping: Covered by us.

2. For Discretionary Returns (e.g., You Changed Your Mind)

This category covers returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or error on our part. Eligibility for this type of return is subject to our approval.

Charges:

  • Restocking Fee: A fee of 10% of the item's paid price will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return Shipping: The shipping cost for returning the item must be paid by the customer and that is ₹80.

 


 

The Return & Replacement Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request Contact our support team at herethnica@gmail.com or reach out to our customer care WhatsApp number +918930138688 or through our website's contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your Order ID and the reason for the request. For claims of damage/defect, attach the mandatory unboxing video.

Step 2: Request Approval Our team will review your request and the provided video/evidence. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Schedule Pickup Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup agent from our courier partner to collect the item from your address within 1-3 business days. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution After we receive the returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • For Replacements: Once the inspection is complete, a new unit of the same product will be dispatched to your address. In the event that the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided, we will automatically process a full refund as per the refund procedure below.

  • For Refunds: Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund. For discretionary returns, both the 10% restocking fee and the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
